Our Bridgewater Manor staff bring a wealth of hospitality experience. Owner Ralph Acquaviva has prepared intimate dinner parties for high profile clients up to events hosting more than a thousand guests. No matter the size or style of your event, his diverse culinary team will ensure that you and your party are impressed with quality food and superb presentation. Our event coordinators, Emily, Stephanie and Alyssa, share a combined experience of twenty-four years in the hospitality industry, from table service to event planning. Our General manager has thirty years of hospitality experience, including twenty-three at a five-diamond hotel and fine dining restaurant. We look forward to meeting you to discuss how we can help bring your event to life.

Born in Italy and immigrating to the United States at a young age, owner Ralph Acquaviva settled into a traditional Italian neighborhood in Hoboken in 1977. He was raised with a love for quality, homemade food and hand-crafted wine. This passion eventually led both into culinary school and careers in hospitality. In 2002,Ralph took his career experiences from Miami Beach and Manhattan and opened up Delicious Heights, a small delicatessen in Berkeley Heights. Delicious Heights has grown to operate other dining and catering locations in Berkeley Heights, Bedminster, and at the Neshanic Valley Golf Course in Branchburg.
