Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer an outdoor space for ceremonies?
Yes! Our beautifully manicured patio is the perfect backdrop for your onsite ceremony. There is a $1,000 ceremony fee for your 30 minute ceremony. Our expert ceremony coordination includes your rehearsal and day-of ceremony guidance. In case of inclement weather, we offer an ideal indoor ceremony option.
Do you offer a private bridal suite?
Each Ballroom has one designated private bridal suite. This space is available up to two hours prior to the start of your ceremony or reception.
When can I set up my décor for my party?
Your florist, DJ or event planner has access to the contracted event space two hours before the start of your event. We require a certificate of insurance from all outside vendors.
Do you have directional cards for invitations, table place cards and table numbers?
Yes, we offer 5.5” wide by 4.2” high directional cards for your invitations as well as folded place cards and 4×6 framed table numbers.
What photo opportunities does your venue offer?
From the elegant, winding staircase to well-manicured grounds, there are endless backdrops for beautiful photos. If you’re looking for a professional photographer to capture your event, please ask for referrals upon booking your event with us.
When can I come in to tour the space?

Can I have a band, performer, or DJ play?
Yes, we welcome live entertainment and DJs and we are happy to recommend local talent for your event. Entertainment must be licensed with proof of a certificate of insurance. We also offer beautiful player grand pianos, available to create that live music ambiance, with thousands of song selections on demand to match your personal taste, event style or as a highlight to the holiday season.
